Set-up

We start a team process with an intake in the form of interviews and/or a Teamscan to get a good picture of the functioning of the team. 

Based on this initial diagnosis, a few team days follow, which are interrupted by short pit stops. The content of the team days is determined in close collaboration with the team.
 
During the process, team members work on their personal actions to improve the team. Where necessary, individual team members are guided. The process is concluded with a post-measurement so that the results become visible. We see an average of 20% measurable improvement on both productivity factors and positivity factors.
